Simulation-Based Environment: WinDex is a simulation platform designed for educational and strategic purposes. All scenarios, positions, or interactions are simulated and do not involve real-world trading, financial instruments, or bets.
Virtual Outcomes Only: Outcomes are determined by algorithms and user actions within the simulation. No real-world profit, loss, or monetary gain is possible.
No Financial Advice: WinDex does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or financial recommendations.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
Each user is responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords and authentication methods.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for fraudulent activity, abuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any illegal or unauthorized use.
4. User Responsibilities
- Will use the Platform only for lawful, simulation purposes.
- Are solely responsible for actions and decisions taken within the Platform.
- Will not attempt to manipulate simulations or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Will respect other users and refrain from harassment, cheating, or abuse.
5. Platform Features & Modifications
WinDex may add, remove, or modify features, simulations, and tools at any time, with or without notice.
Early access, VIP features, and bonus programs are subject to platform rules and availability.
Enterprise features or custom simulations may require additional agreements.
6. Simulated Assets & Environment
Virtual Assets Only: Any assets, points, or virtual tokens on the Platform have no real-world monetary value.
Simulation Outcomes: Results and scenarios are part of the simulated environment. No real-world gain or loss is incurred.
WinDex reserves the right to adjust simulation parameters for maintenance, updates, or balancing.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including graphics, text, software, and designs, is owned by WinDex or licensed to WinDex.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce content without prior written consent.
User-generated content (e.g., usernames, strategy notes) may be displayed on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant WinDex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Engage in real-money trading, betting, or gambling.
- Exploit system vulnerabilities, bots, or automation for unfair advantage.
- Post harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
- Circumvent any technical or security measures of the Platform.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
WinDex collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing for account management, feature delivery, and improvement of simulations.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
WinDex is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free simulations.
Users engage with the Platform at their own discretion. WinDex is not responsible for any outcomes within simulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinDex disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
WinDex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Total liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Termination
WinDex may suspend or terminate accounts or access to the Platform at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or requests from authorities or legal obligations.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria (or your jurisdiction if different).
Any disputes will first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction.
